The HBCU Culture Legacy Foundation 501C3, founded in 2018, is committed to empowering HBCU students through scholarships, mentorship, and educational opportunities. Inspired by Frank’s personal story of financial hardship, the foundation has provided over $3.2 million in scholarships to more than 7,000 students and supported 40 HBCU institutions.
Our mission is to bridge the financial gap for underserved students and create pathways to success. Through the Legacy Fund, we are expanding our support to include aspiring entrepreneurs with grants and mentorship, helping to build lasting legacies for future leaders.
